If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of activation, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

Refunds will not be granted after 30 days from the date of initial purchase.

3. Services Not Eligible for Refund

The following services are non-refundable once activated or registered:

• Domain name registrations or renewals

• SSL certificates

• Dedicated IPs or server add-ons

• Website development services

• Lifetime Hosting plans

• Migration or setup fees

These services involve immediate provisioning and costs that cannot be reversed.

3. Once verified, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through your original payment method.

You may cancel your hosting service at any time from your client dashboard.
Cancellations made after the refund period will not be eligible for any partial or prorated refund.

Refunds are not available for accounts suspended or terminated due to:
