HostBrago will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access.

5. Service Provision

• Refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to abuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

6. Payment & Billing

All payments must be made in full before services are activated or renewed.

• Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change at any time.

• Hosting fees are non-refundable once a service is activated, except as stated in our Refund Policy.

• For Lifetime Hosting plans, “lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of HostBrago’s hosting infrastructure or as long as the service remains viable.

7. Domain Registration

When registering a domain through HostBrago:

• You agree to follow ICANN policies and rules of the respective registry.

• Domain renewals are your responsibility; HostBrago is not liable for expired domains.

• Domains may be suspended or deleted if payment is not made on time.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

• Sending spam, phishing, or malicious emails.

• Hosting or distributing illegal content (including copyrighted materials, hate speech, or pornography).

• Running harmful scripts, bots, or DDoS attacks.

• Engaging in any activity that violates Nigerian or international law.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

9. Backups and Data Loss

HostBrago performs automated backups for most hosting plans. However:

• Backups are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups.

• HostBrago is not liable for loss of data or files due to server issues, hacking, or user error.

10. Uptime Guarantee

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime across all hosting services.
Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
HostBrago will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible.

11. Support

Our 24/7 support team is available via email, ticket, or chat.
We strive to respond promptly, but response times may vary depending on workload or issue complexity.

12. Suspension & Termination

HostBrago may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Non-payment.

• Violation of these Terms.

• Abuse of system resources or network.

In such cases, HostBrago reserves the right to delete all associated data.

13. Limitation of Liability

HostBrago and Codebytes Digital Techlab shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Downtime, loss of revenue, data, or profits.

• Issues caused by third-party software, registries, or user actions.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question during the last billing cycle.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HostBrago, its parent company (Codebytes Digital Techlab), employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

HostBrago reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction within Nigeria.
